Peter Darby Associates

PDA specialises in the design and delivery of counter fraud training.  We offer accredited training that leads to recognised counter fraud industry qualifications or ad hoc events to encourage and support Continuing Professional Development (CPD).  We provide a flexible approach to work in partnership with all our customers to deliver learning that equips students with the skills and knowledge to carry out the full range of duties. 

We now offer the majority of our programmes and courses, including the Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist (ACFS) and Accredited Counter Fraud Technician (ACFTech), via a blended learning approach using Zoom.  We continue to develop and offer new courses such as Digital Document Fraud and Investigating Fraud on the Dark Web (both delivered via Moodle)

All our trainers have worked in the Counter Fraud environment and hold the Accredited Counter Fraud Trainer award.  Peter Chairs the Counter Fraud Professional Accreditation Board (CFPAB) Training and Education Committee (TEC) and is a member of the Cabinet Office Cross Sector Advisory Group.

ITS Training

ITS Training is a learning and development company that specialises in three main areas :  criminal investigation and enforcement, communication skills and personal development.  Training is delivered in a variety of ways (although most of it is currently virtual – for obvious reasons) and many courses come with a qualification option attached. 

Currently the major challenge for investigators and investigation and enforcement teams is to carry on with their roles in a #covidsafe way.  ITS are the market leaders in providing socially distanced investigations training, and have developed subsidiary courses addressing interviewing under caution remotely and awareness of mental health issues in investigations..
